PMD works in 150-Villages in Kanai and Chinnasalem Blocks, which are the most backward areas in Villupuram District in Tamil Nadu in India. PMD – Centre is 20KM from Villupuram City towards west towards Thiruvannamalai road in rural context rural based organization having central office at Managalapuram (PMD-Fraternity Centre) PMD – Centre is 60 KM from Pondicherry towards west Thiruvannamalai Road PMD – Centre is 170 KM from Chennai towards South – Villupuram City.
